The Spring Open House

As promised...here are a few pictures I took of the store just before
 Saturday's Spring Open House.

I am Thankful that it was a nice day when I took these...It rained all day on Saturday!
But...It did not deter any of our faithful customers!
(Thank you!)

As usual...we have about 5 or 6 different vignettes...
areas of the store where we create
different rooms.
Each one has a totally unique feel.
This Flower Cart is set just outside of our
"Nested Haven" Vignette

Our Twig bed...just inside of "Nested Haven"

A wonderful shelf made form reclaimed wood.

Some precious little bird mirrors

Just across the way...
Rain or Shine...You are always Welcome!

composed of antique lace panels,
cream paper umbrellas,
handmade birdnests, tags and garlands

Spring is such a wonderful time to refresh our homes with small little touches.

Welcome to our Barn!

Our Bed in the chicken coop!
This little bed gives the term
"All Cooped up"
a Whole New Meaning!

Black, gray and cream ticking,
An old Gate as a headboard and a mattress literally stuffed
with Book page shred and vintage books!

Our Coop is filled with Antique Silverware, book page shred
and eggs filled with whimsical sayings!

A vintage sink filled with Pansies and nests!

And Yes!
The Pansies have Arrived in the Greenhouse!

And of course...we carry the New Magazine
Flea Market Style!
If you haven't seen it yet...You really must!
It is filled with the most amazing ideas and projects!

So...this was a brief walk thru a few of our spring Vignettes.
At the end of the week
I will show you the others.

I hope you enjoyed your visit to Tipton!
Please stop by again!

Blessings to one and all...The Horton's

Donna, everything is beautiful and you have so many wonderful ideas for inspiration. Oh, what I wouldn't give to have you here helping me put together my little space at the tea room. We got started today, and I'll be working for the next several days, but it's so much fun and so rewarding.
Hope things are good with all your family. Let me know how you are when you have time.
love ya,
Debra

WoW! This is my kind of store! I just was blown away by the flower cart and the twig bed. So beautiful. It wouldn't be a stretch to visit. Maybe if one of my kids goes to school up there. Thanks for stopping by my site!
